STRUCTURAL ENGINEER INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS FOR MORTGAGE PURPOSES These are normally processed within a couple of days • WE OFFER : Two types of report service: • 1: ECONOMY SERVICE: • Some intended purchasers or seller only require an • initial structural assessment prior to proceeding with • their intentions and therefore do not require, or • need to outlay the cost of a full written report. To cater for this requirement • we offer a structural inspection service with an orally conveyed and/or • a basic brief report on the condition of the property. • 2: FULL WRITTEN REPORT SERVICE: • If following this initial report, or if a full structural • engineers opinion and report is required on a • property for mortgage / insurance purposes, the • initial orally conveyed and/ or basic report can ••be upgraded if required to a full report. • WE UNDERTAKE : BUILDING INSURANCE CLAIMS • Independent support from highly experienced qualified structural • engineers.  Services include assessment on the cause of the damage, reporting • to insurers, representation and liaison with the • insurers appointed loss adjusters, site • investigation, drainage condition surveys, • crack monitoring, foundation strengthening • design schemes, superstructure repair specification • and schedule of repair works, full supervision from • seeking estimates from specialist and approved contractors to checking • on the quality of work performed.
