Arthur E. Griffith & Associates are chartered structural and civil engineers, business developments consultants, and construction and development project managers.

Arthur Griffith CEng, MICE, MIStructE formed the practice in the early 1980's and currently there are two partners and associates that operate from our South London office.

The consultancy has steadily grown since it's formation, through linking with other practices to establish a regional / country wide representation throughout most of the UK. Each associate office is responsible for running it's own operations with the back-up support where necessary from the South London Office.

The consultancy can provide a very wide range of engineering and management services and in conjunction with other consultant / contractors and local area organisations. Associate Offices have been established throughout the UK, Europe, Asia, the Far East and Australia.

Arthur Griffith has over 40 years of experience in the activities performed by the practice and has held senior executive management and directorship positions in a wide range of roles, covering the disciplines of structural and civil engineering, project / construction management, joint ventures and joint corporate management.

More recent previous employers, prior to setting up the practice, have been Bovis Construction Ltd, Wimpey Construction Ltd, where he took a leading role on a number of prestige projects.

Arthur has assembled and project managed a number of housing and business developments and has experience in working closely with clients and other professional on integrated projects. In 1983 Arthur, along with people from other professions, formed Sycamore Housing Society & Juniper Management Ltd, which specialises in sheltered and total care development housing projects for the elderly. 

Preparing cases for litigation in respect of construction related matters and handling buildings insurance claims are other areas in which he specialises.
